1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• An unboxing video is required for claims related to wrong or defective items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items on sale/discount.
• Undergarments or intimate wear (for hygiene reasons).
• Customized or special-order items.

4. Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for a flat Rs. 200 return shipping fee, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

• Size issues
• Wrong items delivered
• Defective products

Replacement will only be sent after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
The Rs. 200 return shipping fee is non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and unboxing video so we can resolve the issue quickly.
